Key Responsibilities:

• Perform independent motion retargeting tasks

• Modify performances while maintaining authenticity

• Enhance character and environment interactions

• Blend motions for natural transitions between clips

• Mentor junior team members in industry standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, or similar

• Experience with Motion Builder, Blender, or Maya

• Proven track record in high-end film VFX with a showreel

• Strong knowledge of retargeting and animation skills

• Keen attention to detail and communication
