The Role We’re looking for a Podcast Producer to help oversee the development and production of a high profile podcast from concept through release. You’ll work closely with the host and broader creative team to develop episodes, coordinate guests, manage production logistics, and ensure every episode is polished, engaging, and delivered on time.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creatively minded, and understands how to build compelling conversations, work with talent, and keep a fast-moving production schedule on track. You’ll work closely with the host and broader creative team to develop episodes, coordinate guests, manage production logistics, and ensure every episode is polished, engaging, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day production of the podcast from pre-production through post-production
Develop episode concepts, topics, segments, and creative formats alongside the hosts
Research guests and topics and help prepare hosts for interviews
Coordinate guest outreach, scheduling, logistics, releases, and production needs
Create and maintain production calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with editors to ensure episodes are cut to the desired creative and editorial standard
Review rough and final cuts and provide clear, actionable notes
Identify compelling moments, stories, and conversations that can extend beyond the full episode
Help maintain the podcast’s overall voice, tone, and creative direction
Troubleshoot production challenges and keep the team moving in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications 3+ years of experience producing podcasts or digital video
Strong understanding of podcast and You Tube production workflows
Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong editorial instincts and an eye for compelling storytelling
Comfortable working directly with talent, guests, editors, and creative teams
Genuine interest in podcasts, entertainment, lifestyle, and digital media
Comfortable working in fast-paced, weekly production cycles
Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred
