Our client, is seeking an experienced, highly collaborative UX Writer / Senior Content Designer (AI Workflows & Product Content) to join their core product design group. In this strategic, high‑impact consulting role, your time will be split roughly equally between advancing AI content practices and delivering day‑to‑day product content for enterprise software offerings. You will design, test, and maintain reusable AI skills—creating instructions, reference materials, and quality evaluation frameworks (evals) to help AI tools perform content tasks consistently.
Operating in a fast‑paced product environment, you will partner closely with product managers, UX designers, researchers, and engineers to simplify complex workflows, refine style guides, and craft clear, accessible copy across digital user journeys.

Responsibilities
AI Skill & Workflow Engineering:
Design, test, and maintain reusable AI skills, instructions, reference sets, and prompt workflows that enable AI tools to perform content design tasks accurately and consistently.
AI Evaluation & Quality Testing:
Design and execute evaluation frameworks (evals) using edge cases, representative tasks, and scoring rubrics; analyze results to identify recurring AI failures and refine outputs for clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
AI Workflow Adoption:
Document AI capabilities and limitations, define human‑in‑the‑loop review triggers, and guide cross‑functional teammates in adopting AI‑assisted content workflows.
Product Content Design:
Own end‑to‑end content design for complex B2B product features and user flows from discovery through launch, iteration, and post‑launch optimization.
Cross‑Functional Design Partnership:
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to clarify user needs, articulate technical constraints, and simplify complex enterprise workflows.
Design Systems & Style Governance:
Evolve enterprise style guides, reusable content patterns, terminology databases, and design system documentation to maintain copy quality and consistency.
Qualifications
Professional Content Design Depth: 7+ years of hands‑on experience in UX writing, content design, or digital product messaging, featuring substantial experience supporting complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
AI Tooling & Output Evaluation:
Practical, hands‑on experience using Generative AI tools and evaluating AI outputs—defining test cases, quality criteria, and refining prompt workflows to improve accuracy and consistency.
Full Lifecycle Product Delivery:
Proven track record delivering product content across complete software development life cycles alongside cross‑functional design and engineering squads.
Design System & Style Guide Stewardship:
Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, or scaling digital style guides, content design systems, and component pattern documentation.
