Salary Range: $45,000 to $50,000

Job Summary

The Operations Experience Ambassador establishes a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. They support the on‑site technology team and provide floor operations support, ensuring visitors receive friendly hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized, exceptional internal and external customer support with an emphasis on elevated hospitality.
  • Assist with any workplace position, showcasing willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Support A/V technology and provide first‑line support for basic office technology.
  • Greet employees and visitors, maintain eye contact, and offer a welcoming smile.
  • Provide on-site welcome and assistance throughout scheduled shift for all in‑house clients.
  • Conduct daily walkthrough of office and meeting room spaces.
  • Respond to inquiries and anticipate customer/client needs.
  • Set up meeting rooms according to host specifications, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
  • Own catering process for meetings, from placing orders to coordinating delivery and setup.
  • Assist with planning and execution of larger office‑wide catered events.
  • Manage office grocery needs, including ordering, uploading receipts, and stocking supplies.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional customer support and administrative experience.
  • Genuine sense of hospitality with commitment to delivering Compass standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and juggle multiple jobs while interacting with visitors in a public environment.
  • Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.
  • Proficient with iOS, Smartphone, Tablet, PC, and Mac systems.
