• Respond promptly and effectively to passenger needs, inquiries, and emergencies.

• Assist with resolving in-flight issues in a professional and calm manner.

• Prepare flight reports and manage documentation as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage emergency situations.

• Professional appearance and grooming standards.

• Height and weight proportionate to airline safety requirements.

• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are welcome to apply.
