Member Services Representative - Contract
Join Our Professional Association client as a Member Services Representative for a contract role that starts asap through until the end of December with a potential extension into 2026!

9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Contract Starts:
Asap – End of December possible extension into 2026
Pay: $26.00 per hour plus vacation pay

Our Professional Services Client is dedicated to supporting and advancing their members, professionals who make a difference in their field every day. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful contact who ensures our members receive timely, accurate, and professional support.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for members, primarily over the phone, and also via email and in person.
- Provide information and assistance related to membership, Professional Development Program registration, event ticketing, and retail sales.
- Ensure all member interactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional and professional service.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain smooth and responsive front-line operations.
- General Administrative Assistant duties
- You’re enthusiastic, personable, and committed to outstanding customer service.
- You are adaptable, flexible and pro‑active and have strong administration skills.
- You thrive on solving problems and ensuring members feel valued and supported.
- You communicate clearly and professionally — both verbally and in writing.
- You enjoy being part of a collaborative, purpose‑driven team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven administrative and data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
