Adecco is currently hiring several full-time friendly and organized Event Staff to manage guest check-ins and provide a seamless experience at an upcoming event March 7-9, 2026 in Vancouver, BC . This role is crucial in ensuring an efficient and welcoming registration process while maintaining accurate attendee records.
  • Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hour
  • Location: Vancouver, BC
  • Shift: March 7-9, 2026

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ticket verification and guest entry to ensure smooth and secure event access.
  • Provide coat check services, maintaining an organized and efficient system.
  • Offer information and assistance to attendees, addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Act as an exhibit badge handler, distributing and verifying credentials as required.
  • Support the registration process, including data entry and on-site guest check-in.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, or hospitality preferred
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) experience is an asset
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable, professional, and available for full-day shifts as required by event schedules
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
