We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Help Desk Representative to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and is interested in starting a career in IT or customer support.
What You’ll Do:- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear solutions
- Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team
- Document support requests accurately in our system
- Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
