Join EY as a Receptionist in our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team. You will support key business enablement functions and be the first point of contact on our client experience floor. Working onsite in the office, you will provide exceptional service to clients, guests, and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting client floor functions as part of a dynamic client concierge team
- Providing an exceptional experience for clients and guests
- Ensuring reception area is client ready
- Adjusting schedule and/or working overtime if needed
- Adaptable to changes based on evolving needs
- Resourceful with the ability to meet multiple, unexpected deadlines, in a demanding environment
- Demonstrate a calm and professional demeanor
- Develop and maintain relationships to efficiently leverage expertise
- Excellent client service experience
- Strong communication skills, including active listening
- Hospitality/concierge and/or “front of the house” restaurant experience
- Post‑secondary education
