Become a vital part of Brex’s Customer Success team as a Scaled Customer Success Manager. Focus on harnessing technology to create seamless customer experiences and drive retention.
This role demands innovative thinking and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction across various stages of their journey. You will independently develop customer engagement strategies while collaborating with other team members to enhance Brex’s scalable programs. Success in this role entails both high-touch and low-touch customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently strategize for customer retention and growth
• Utilize automation platforms for effective customer engagement
• Design and run education programs, including webinars
• Identify and manage account risks proactively
• Monitor customer accounts for health and product usage
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in customer-facing roles
• Comfort interacting with diverse customer segments
• Experience in SaaS or Fintech
• Passionate about achieving customer goals
• Proven track record in relationship building
