Key Responsibilities:
• Address client inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat
• Oversee trading order processes for self-directed clients
• Resolve client complaints through careful follow-ups
• Monitor market trends to guide client decisions
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives
Requirements:
• Education in business or economics, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in a client-facing role within finance
• Required - Canadian Securities Course completion
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
• Ability to thrive in high-demand situations
