As a full-time, permanent member of the team, you will report to the Assistant Branch Manager, focusing on nurturing member relationships through top-notch service. Activities include guiding members in using digital tools, executing significant transactions, and assisting with foundational financial conversations. Strong communication and digital literacy are core to this engaging role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process transactions accurately in-branch and via phone
• Demonstrate digital tools to enhance member experiences
• Conduct cashflow interviews and assist with account managerial tasks
• Gather accurate member data to boost engagement
• Identify referral opportunities and document insights in CRM
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Proven skills in handling cash and transactions
• Strong relationship management abilities
• Comfort with digital tools and systems
