Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver top-notch service to BMO customers
• Facilitate banking transactions and inquiries

• Initiate referrals for additional banking services
• Assist with operational tasks and cash management
Requirements:
• No previous experience required; related education preferred
• Bilingual communication in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer commitment
• Basic organizational and collaborative skills
