As part of our Contact Centre team, you will engage with clients in both English and French, assisting them with their Qtrade Direct Investing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Oversee order flow for self-directed trading

• Investigate and resolve client complaints efficiently

• Monitor market trends and relevant news

• Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
Requirements:

• Preferred degree in business or economics

• Completion of necessary securities courses is required

• 1-3 years’ experience in customer-facing investment roles

• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

• Capacity to adapt to shifting workloads and schedules
