In this dynamic position, your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing cash transactions, and directing guests around the attraction. You will also be responsible for taking and editing photos while providing detailed information about the available packages. Collaboration with team members to maintain safety standards and support emergency procedures will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and provide accurate information
• Take photos of guests and manage photo packages
• Handle ticket sales and cash transactions accurately
• Organize guests into queues and communicate wait times
• Ensure safety standards are upheld across all operations
Requirements:
• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Ability to stand and perform duties for extended periods
• Capacity to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds
• Expertise in Vancouver and local attractions
• Previous experience in the tourism industry is beneficial
