In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Presentation Centre at Oakridge Park. Engaging with visitors, providing tours, and assisting the sales team during peak times are key components. Hospitality experience and a strong customer service mindset are essential to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Presentation Centre as required

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gallery space

• Welcome visitors and supply them with essential information

• Conduct general tours and introductions during busy periods

• Register all visitor details for further follow-up

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
