Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage a portfolio of named accounts
• Lead regular customer touchpoints and success reviews
• Translate usage data into compelling value narratives
• Monitor account health and recommend timely initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for alignment
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Customer Success, SaaS, or consulting
• Record of building strong customer relationships
• Strong presentation skills for executive engagement
• Capacity to analyze and tell stories with data
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk and Jira
