Drive client success in the role of Customer Success Manager us on relationship management and technology adoption during PST working hours.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with Account Managers to enhance clients' experiences and help them fully leverage our platform. This role involves tracking key metrics, developing personalized success plans, and providing product training to a diverse client base, all while ensuring proactive engagement and resolution of customer challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop success strategies with Account Managers for clients
• Define and monitor success metrics to align with client goals
• Identify upsell opportunities based on client needs
• Offer continuous product training and guidance
• Act as project manager for onboarding and migrations
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in customer success or client service roles
• Proven experience managing a substantial portfolio of accounts
• Excellent relationship-building and strategic skills
• Capable of translating technical concepts for clients
• Familiarity with platforms like DAM and API is beneficial
