This position supports the Commercial Risk division by ensuring seamless client interactions and effective resolution of service-related inquiries. Your tasks will include managing documentation, coordinating with sales teams, and enhancing communication with both clients and internal teams. Success in this role requires high attention to detail and collaborative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily communications with clients on requests
• Address and resolve service delivery inquiries
• Retrieve necessary compliance documentation for processes
• Aid sales teams in handling renewals and invoices
• Collaborate with outsourced providers for timely results
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in Commercial insurance
• Required insurance broker’s license
• Exceptional customer service focus
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
