As a Global Connection Officer, you’ll be tasked with connecting travelers to the perfect trips while achieving monthly sales goals. This role requires expertise in customer service, sales motivation, and product knowledge. Engage with potential clients via multiple channels to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive monthly sales through effective customer engagement
• Empathetically resolve any booking or service issues
• Tailor trip recommendations based on customer needs
• Ensure proper booking processes to minimize risks
• Foster connections with travelers and the global team
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a sales role, preferably in travel
• Experience with GDS systems, especially Amadeus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and complaint resolution capabilities
• Flexible to work varying schedules, including weekends
