Join Harbour Air as a Customer Service Agent in Downtown Vancouver, BC. Deliver exceptional service through guest interactions, flight reservations, and safety procedures in a dynamic environment.
This full-time, temporary position operates within Ground Operations, requiring a strong work ethic and customer service focus. You will manage guest check-ins, process payments, and help prepare flights while effectively communicating with your team. Your commitment to safety and service will contribute to the overall experience of our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and handle their enquiries
• Reserve scheduled flights and scenic tours
• Manage passenger check-in and baggage handling
• Execute flight closure and pre-boarding duties
• Perform public announcements during flights
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
• Proficient in Windows and computer systems
• Capability to lift heavy baggage (up to 50 lbs)
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
