As a key part of the Tier 1 team, you will provide exceptional service to patients, requiring your strong telephonic communication skills to clarify complex information clearly. Your organizational skills are vital for handling multiple priorities in a high-paced environment while demonstrating empathy towards every patient’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat queries
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries swiftly
• Coordinate service queues and provide accurate information
• Maintain professionalism during crises
• Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French is a must
• Exceptional empathy to engage with members
• Organize multiple competing tasks effectively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial
