In this regular, part-time position, you'll serve as a vital link for customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to answer inquiries and guide clients through processes, including permits and certifications. A strong customer service background and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer queries and process client requests accurately
• Prepare correspondence and issue permits for services
• Provide information to clients on regulations and policies
• Administer licensing and examination scheduling
• Support office administration and communicate effectively
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in client care
• Grade 12 education; postsecondary preferred
• Customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
• Financial transaction handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
