Position: Guest Services Role with Indigo Park
Enhance customer relations as a Guest Services Representative at Indigo Park Canada, specializing in addressing parking concerns and providing support. Manage guest interactions effectively both online and offline.

This role positions you as a key contact point for customer inquiries about parking and services. Your tasks will include processing applications, documenting trends, and ensuring prompt communication regarding service changes. Your organizational skills and empathetic approach will play a crucial role in providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to department calls and assist customers via email

• Personally engage and guide guests at the office

• Identify and document issues for management review

• Maintain secure data input in various systems

• Communicate updates regarding monthly parking options

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service position

• Experience in parking services is an asset

• Business Administration diploma considered an advantage

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual (English and French) is highly advantageous
