NQX is inviting applicants for the role of Canada Post Representative, focused on enhancing the customer experience through effective communication. You will respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery and services while managing multiple interactions. This position is perfect for bilingual candidates looking to excel in a supportive role from their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver customer assistance via phone calls and live chat
• Manage multiple chat sessions as required post-training
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Accurately document all customer interactions
• Adjust to customer needs and evolving support tasks
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Availability for full-time hours, including evenings
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
• Customer service experience beneficial
