At Vancouver Aquarium, part of Herschend Family Entertainment, the Guest Experience Associate role invites energetic individuals to enhance visitor enjoyment. You'll work on a dynamic team to create memorable moments at Admissions, the Guest Services Desk, and the 4D Theatre. Engage with diverse guests and answer inquiries to ensure an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
• Facilitate the 4D Theatre experience for visitors
• Respond to inquiries about the Aquarium and attractions
• Maintain cleanliness standards in the Theatre and Guest Services areas
• Monitor admissions and check-in processes for guests
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service roles
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in high-stress situations
• Strong communication skills and reliability
