The Member Experience Officer position at Vancity offers a full-time, six-month contract in a dynamic service environment. You'll guide members through digital channels while maintaining traditional banking functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct member transactions in-branch and via call center
• Onboard and demonstrate digital account services

• Perform cash flow interviews and account set-ups
• Promote additional services and log member insights
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, post-secondary preferred
• Experience in Financial Services Representative role
• Strong skills in cash handling and customer service
• Ability to navigate digital tools fluently
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
