Customer Service Representative - Speedy Glass
As a Customer Service Representative, you will create ease in a fast‑paced, action‑oriented role. You will enjoy the variety of working both administratively and with the public while being the glue that makes things run seamlessly. You will work closely with a supportive team and collaborate to solve problems.
Responsibilities- Complete the administration required to make the Service Centre run seamlessly.
- Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost store performance.
- Work with our insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
- Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and helping with occasional small repairs on windshields (our tools are easy to use).
- Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.
- Value building relationships with customers and teammates.
- Have experience helping people in retail, hospitality or tourism.
- No formal education required – we provide on‑the‑job training.
- Have a valid Class5 driver’s licence and the capability to work at different Belron Canada locations within your specified geographic area.
Range of pay: $22.50 – $28.10 per hour. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the range; individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
