Become the essential point of contact for residents as a Front Desk Service Representative in Student Housing. This role involves communication, administration, and ensuring resident safety during varied shifts.
In this position within the Residence Life department, you will manage inquiries from residents, guests, and visitors while overseeing vital administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include maintaining the Student Housing database and acting as a liaison in emergencies.
Your role will focus on communication and supporting new team members through guidance and orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries and redirect as necessary
• Manage the Student Housing database and documentation
• Serve as the communication link during emergencies
• Administer key sign-outs and maintain inventory
• Monitor campus grounds and properties for safety
Requirements:
• At least three years in customer service or hospitality
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage urgent situations effectively
• Criminal record check required
