Join our hotel team as a Reservations Agent, specializing in providing outstanding guest interactions over the phone. Help maximize room revenue while enhancing guest experiences.
This role reports directly to the Reservations Manager and requires a strong background in customer service and sales. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, confirming reservations, and assisting guests with their inquiries effectively. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining accurate reservation data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer guest calls with a friendly greeting
• Provide information on room rates and services
• Enter reservation details into the Opera booking system
• Process room service orders and manage guest requests
• Monitor safety and emergency lines promptly
Requirements:
• Two years experience in Front Office/Reservations preferred
• Hospitality Management education is a plus
• Proven sales skills and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
