Position: Million Air Customer Service Concierge
Become a Customer Service Concierge at Million Air, providing top-notch service to pilots and customers alike. This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a dynamic environment.

As a Customer Service Concierge, you will greet customers, provide concierge services, and manage reservations effectively.

Your role will also involve invoicing and recording customer preferences in our dedicated system. You will actively prepare for all incoming aircraft and collaborate with the line service team to exceed service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers in a professional manner

• Facilitate concierge services and reservations processing

• Handle invoicing for all managed services

• Keep detailed records of customer preferences

• Ensure hospitality areas are well stocked and tidy

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, ideally in the service sector

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Must be available for shifts during evenings and weekends

• Must maintain an acceptable driving record

• Capable of lifting 25 pounds and standing for long periods
