In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, driving satisfaction through effective management of banking transactions and personalized service. You're expected to promote TD’s banking solutions and develop meaningful relationships with customers to meet their financial needs effectively.

Requirements:
• High School diploma and over 1 year of experience
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities
• Hands-on experience with MS Office software
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats
• Knowledge of Japanese is advantageous
