In this role, you are key to ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. With at least two years of relevant experience, you will utilize company software for order processing while also assisting with inquiries related to pricing and availability. Your collaborative efforts will connect customers to the right resources and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service promptly and professionally
• Process customer orders efficiently using company software
• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, and availability
• Coordinate shipments and invoice processing for various needs
• Maintain customer accounts with necessary updates
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
