As part of Dometic Marine, you'll handle diverse customer inquiries, ensuring exemplary service and problem-solving. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will engage with various company software to manage pricing and documentation efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service in a friendly manner
• Process customer orders using company software
• Fulfill inquiries regarding pricing and availability
• Coordinate shipments and process related documentation
• Manage customer accounts and address changes
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Minimum 2 years related experience required
• Previous manufacturing or logistics experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills in English
