Position: Customer Success Associate Role at Optix

Candidates with at least 3 years' experience in customer success within a technology setting are encouraged to apply. You will leverage your expertise to proactively support clients and employ AI tools to enhance service delivery and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with a portfolio of clients

• Provide education on product benefits and functionalities

• Manage onboarding processes for new users

• Engage clients proactively based on feedback

• Track client health and initiate retention efforts

Requirements:

• 3+ years in customer support or success roles

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Organizational skills to manage client needs

• Attitude focused on solutions and customer value

• Experience with SaaS environments preferred
