As Tipalti's Customer Onboarding Manager, you will oversee implementation projects for our SaaS solutions, ensuring a smooth experience for each customer. This role requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and guiding them through technical integration. Your strong project management skills will be key in keeping projects on track and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead seamless implementation of Tipalti's solutions
• Build trust with customers as their advocate
• Provide expert problem-solving support during integration
• Manage project timelines and milestones effectively
• Create and update the internal knowledge base with insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in project management or customer success
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment
