As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Service Centre. Your responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, adding value to customer interactions, and collaborating with insurance partners to optimize service. You will also delight customers with services like cleaning and minor repairs to vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless administration of the Service Centre operations
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer value and store performance
• Collaborate with insurance partners for maximum customer benefits
• Perform vehicle cleaning and minor repair tasks using easy-to-use tools
• Shuttle vehicles efficiently between the Service Centre and repair shop
Requirements:
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and teammates
• Background in retail, hospitality, or tourism is preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Ability to work at various Belron Canada locations
• No formal education required; on-the-job training provided
