At Relay, we are looking for Customer Experience Specialists to enhance our growing customer base.
Your role will emphasize deep client connections while problem-solving alongside Product and Engineering teams. You will also work on creating resources that improve customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive customer assistance via phone and email
• Foster meaningful discussions and connections with customers
• Partner with teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain and enhance our public support knowledge base
• Analyze customer data to help drive process improvements
Requirements:
• 1+ years working in customer-facing roles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathetic and resourceful approach to customer issues
• Aptitude for managing change and navigating uncertainty
• Driven to seek the underlying reasons behind problems
