As a Relationship Manager Associate at Canaccord Genuity’s Pinnacle Correspondent Services, you will supervise workflow, resolve client inquiries, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day client interactions with Canaccord Operations
• Respond to client inquiries and manage issues effectively
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients
• Assist in processing transactions and managing client accounts
• Facilitate communication and document procedures for clients
Requirements:
• 3 years of customer service experience in financial services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of Broker/Dealer operations in Canada and the US
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
