Position: Suger Product Solutions Manager Role
Join Suger as a Product Solutions Manager in Downtown Vancouver. Focus on delivering top-notch support and insights between clients and our engineering teams.

Your role will serve as the main interface for customer-related issues and technical concerns. With over three years in solutions or customer support, your expertise will help resolve bugs, elevate support documentation, and improve customer experiences. Your proactive approach will identify trends in issues leading to reduced support volume over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for customer bug reports

• Triage, prioritize, and reproduce issues when possible

• Create structured reports for product and engineering

• Provide timely updates and resolutions to customers

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for seamless support
Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in customer support or similar roles

• Strong communication skills, especially under pressure

• Highly organized, managing multiple issues smoothly

• Experience in a startup environment with evolving processes

• Familiarity with cloud marketplaces is a plus
