Join ALS as an Assistant for Client Services in Vancouver, British Columbia. In this role, you'll harness your organizational skills and customer service expertise to support account management.
You will work alongside two Account Managers to streamline client services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in data management, and capable of maintaining accurate records. Your contributions will play a crucial role in guaranteeing service quality and client satisfaction at ALS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify and check all client sample files thoroughly
• Maintain and update account information seamlessly
• Support invoicing processes including adjustments
• Coordinate logistics for client bottle requests
• Monitor the status of samples and reports
Requirements:
• High school graduation is mandatory
• Previous experience in an environmental laboratory is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Must be organized and detail-focused
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
