In this vital position within the Ticket Sales & Service team, you will engage with Season Ticket Members who have shown over two decades of loyalty. The role focuses on managing a select group of members and delivering personalized services, including exclusive events and timely responses to inquiries. Building relationships through in-person engagements is essential for driving business growth, alongside executing member retention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee key accounts and develop strong member relationships
• Initiate exclusive benefits and events for Legacy Club members
• Conduct required yearly in-person engagements with all members
• Manage Game-Day requests and service needs
• Implement member retention initiatives for improved service
Requirements:
• University degree or relevant diploma preferred
• 3-5 years in customer-facing roles or account management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset
• Availability for evenings and variable hours
