Pani Energy is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join their revenue team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will bridge sales and customer experience, amplifying product value throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant operations and process engineering to ensure customers derive sustained value from our innovative water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Account Executives on customer needs and plant design
• Own post-sales customer journey for high CSAT and NPS
• Drive platform adoption among operational stakeholders
• Conduct Quarterly Value Reviews with the Customer Success team
• Organize and lead training sessions for customer benefit
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years in plant operations or process engineering
• Deep understanding of treatment plant processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model from Metro Vancouver
