Become the key point of contact for clients as a Member Services Representative with Fed. This role emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for food and nutrition.
Fed is looking for a Member Services Representative to support our clients and improve their experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate with team members to gather feedback, implement changes, and enhance our offerings. You will need to possess strong organizational skills and be a digital native, ensuring seamless interactions in a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address member support inquiries and issues
• Lead feedback collection efforts from clients
• Report customer insights to core team
• Organize and deliver products to members
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Class 5 driver's license and responsible driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking abilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
• Personable with a friendly demeanor
Drive member satisfaction and product delivery as you engage with the Fed community.
