You will play a crucial role in managing the needs of Spa Partners, providing comprehensive support through both email and phone communication. This 12-month contract emphasizes teamwork and detail-oriented service, with 2-3 days per week onsite. Your experience in customer service will be pivotal in resolving issues and enhancing partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve Spa Partner concerns and provide solutions
• Manage order and return processes efficiently
• Investigate return requests and coordinate logistics
• Validate new account paperwork thoroughly
• Adapt to evolving team and business needs
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in an office and 2 years in customer service
• Proficient in MS Office software tools
• Understanding of accounting procedures preferred
• Background in beauty or esthetics industries is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
