As the Field Support Representative, you will facilitate the smooth operation of client services by managing document processing and mailroom functions. You'll work closely with the Site Manager to improve operational processes and support staff training. With a strong emphasis on customer interaction, this role ensures operational objectives are met efficiently across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect data for monthly management reports
• Order and manage office supplies effectively
• Assist in training new and existing employees
• Provide courier services for mail and copy jobs
• Maintain front desk responsibilities and service deliverables
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1 year experience in customer service or related areas
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Proficient with printers and copy equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and multitask effectively
