• Deliver client service excellence via Live Chat, Phone, and Email

• Utilize styling expertise to advise clients on clothing purchases

• Meet established performance metrics consistently

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and French, with a preference for French

• Fluency certification such as DALF C1, C2 or CEFR C1/C2

• Prior experience in retail or customer service advantageous
