Position: Full-Time Receptionist at BC SPCA

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist public inquiries warmly

• Direct visitors to appropriate Animal Centre areas

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries effectively

• Maintain accurate office records as directed

• Process and receipt financial donations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of receptionist experience

• Knowledge of local geography and animal care

• Excellent communication skills and customer service

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
