This vital role supports the Personal & Commercial Banking division by performing a variety of customer transactions and improving the overall customer experience in the branch. You’ll handle deposits and withdrawals while assisting in the resolution of customer inquiries to elevate service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Foster outstanding customer experiences through service
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
• Promote banking products and services to achieve business goals
Requirements:
• Completion of High School and 1+ years of relevant work
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline preferred
• Established skills in customer service techniques
• Proficient in handling routine financial transactions
• Familiar with bank procedures and compliance standards
