FCM is hiring a Corporate Travel Consultant in Vancouver to manage both domestic and international travel for business executives. The role requires at least two years of corporate travel management experience, along with proficiency in Sabre GDS for booking accuracy. This position entails working Monday to Friday, assisting travelers with air, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements while adhering to Canadian travel policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate bookings for air, hotel, car, and ground transportation
• Build rapport with business travelers for tailored service
• Maintain accurate reservations and documentation
• Stay informed about airline rules and fare requirements
• Handle ticketing and manage rerouting processes
Requirements:
• 2+ years of corporate travel management experience
• Familiarity with Sabre GDS for itinerary management
• Proficiency in ticketing procedures for complex itineraries
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet for remote work
